This week's journey

There is something you know that someone else needs to hear.

Not eventually. Not when you feel more ready or the platform is bigger or the words come more easily.

LEGACY - Say It Now.

Five songs. One arc. For the one who has lived something worth passing on — and has been staying quiet about it for too long.

Memory Verse: Psalm 71:18 (NIV)"Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your mighty acts to all who are to come."

The Arc: From the testimony of what He's done — to the declaration that every generation will know.

This week's Five:

POSITION 1 — THE WITNESS

Look at What God Has Done | Lost & Found

Every legacy begins with evidence. Before you can tell the next generation what God is capable of, you have to stand in the full weight of what He has already done in your own life. Lost and Found opens the arc right where LEGACY has to start — not with the urgency of what still needs to be said, but with the testimony of what has already been lived. "I once was lost, but now I'm found." That's not a cliché. That's the beginning of every story worth passing on.

POSITION 2 — THE INVENTORY

Another In The Fire | Hillsong UNITED

Before you can pass something forward, you have to take stock of what you're actually holding. Canvas and Clay is the honest inventory — the backward look that finds God's hand in everything, including the hard places, the failures, the roads you almost didn't survive. "I know nothing has been wasted. No failure or mistake." That line is the foundation of every meaningful legacy. Not the highlight reel. The whole story. All of it useful. All of it His.

POSITION 3 — THE FIRE STILL BURNING

My Testimony | Elevation Worship

There's a line in this song that changes everything for this arc: "If I'm not dead You're not done. Greater things are still to come." That's not backward-looking testimony. That's the fire still burning. The story isn't over. The assignment isn't finished. The urgency of legacy isn't about what you've done — it's about what still needs to be said while there is still time to say it. This is the position where the arc turns from the past toward the future. From inventory to urgency.

POSITION 4 — THE DECISION TO SPEAK

Make Heaven Crowded | Josiah Queen

"I've tasted and seen and kept the recipe quiet." That lyric is the most honest line in the arc. Most of us have lived something worth telling — and stayed quiet about it. Comfortable. Safe. Contained. Make Heaven Crowded is the moment that changes. The decision. The commitment. Not someday. Not when the platform is bigger or the words come more easily. Now. "I don't care what they say — I will shout it." The decision to speak is the hinge of the whole arc.

POSITION 5 — KNOW YOUR NAME

Know Your Name | DOE

This is where LEGACY lands. The personal testimony becomes the collective declaration. "Every living thing is gonna praise You. Every generation's gonna know Your name." One person deciding to say it becomes the story that echoes through generations. "We're gonna tell the stories of all Your victories." That's legacy in its fullest form — not what you accumulated or built or achieved, but what you made sure the next generation knew about the God who carried you. This song was always going to be Position 5. It was built for this moment.
